关于喝多一点水

是的,大家都知道多喝水很重要,有很多的好处
不过若喝水不对的方式,就可能带来坏处

不对的方式反而伤身

  • -吃饱后喝水(影响消化)
  • -喝太快
  • -喝冷水
  • -喝太多水
  • -站着喝水 



=什么时候该喝水? 当你口渴的时候
=正餐前的40分钟,或1.5小时后
=喝多少? 2.5L to 3L
